The Noble Cebu is a newly-built condotel located with in the Grand Residences Cebu community. Initially planned to start accepting guests in 2020, the Noble Cebu just like most hotels was forced to postponed its opening due to worldwide health hazards brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the 12th of June of 2022 during the celebration of the Philippine Independence Day, the Noble Cebu finally opened its doors to the public, with 48 rooms. Guests were able to experience the cozy room designs of fine and light mood aesthetics.

To this day, the Noble Cebu operates with a total of 100 rooms with three room categories - the Standard Deluxe Room, the One Bedroom Deluxe and the Premiere Room. Our guests get to enjoy the large eccentric swimming and the various facilities that Noble Cebu has to offer.

Noble Cebu is building more rooms in 2024. We will be introducing more room categories catering to the needs of various types of guests and travelers from individuals, to those travelling in groups and families. We are also building more function rooms to address the needs of our corporate clients.
